                             Yannan CHU, born in 1965, PhD, professor, director of Laboratory of Medical Optical and Mass Spectrometry, associate director of Center of Medical Physics and Technology, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The interesting fields include reaction dynamics of ion, electron, photon and molecule, new technique development in mass spectrometry, ion mobility spectrometry and optical spectrum, as well as their applications in medicine, environment and public safety.  

  Dr. Chu ever worked/visited at Innsbruck University in Austria, Keele University in England and Comenius University in Slovakia. He undertook some projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), National Science and Technology Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, the CAS Knowledge Innovation Program, CAS Instrument Development Program, Anhui Province Outstanding Youth Fund, joint program between CAS and the Royal Society as well as China-Slovakia governmental science and technology cooperation. Dr. Chu had over 100 papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and won the Natural Scientific Award of Chinese Academy of Science. 

  The instruments or platforms in Dr. Chu's laboratory mainly include: homemade proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer (PTR-MS), breath real-time and on-line test mass spectrometer, non-radioactive ion mobility spectrometer, ion mobility-mass spectrometry experimental apparatus and optical spectral detection device for heavy metal, as well as standard desktop and handheld ion mobility spectrometry detectors, gas/liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS), liquid chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometer / quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometer (LC-TOF-MS and LC-q-TOF-MS), calorimeter, etc. There are more than 30 students for M.S. and PhD graduated in his laboratory. Students with physics, automation, biomedicine and relevant backgrounds are welcomed. The laboratory also recruits post-doctors and the hundred talent plan or thousand talent plan professor with strong expertise in biological/medical mass spectrometry or mass spectrometry imaging.

储焰南,1965年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。现任中科院合肥物质科学研究院医学物理与技术中心副主任、医用光谱质谱研究室主任。主要以离子/电子/光子/分子与物质相互作用研究为基础,发展质谱、离子迁移谱、光谱检测新技术方法,并研制仪器,开展医疗健康/环境与安全等领域的应用研究。

曾先后在奥地利因斯布鲁克大学、英国基尔大学和斯洛伐克夸美纽斯大学做访问研究。承担了国家自然科学基金、863计划、国家科技专项、国家科技支撑计划、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目、中科院仪器研制项目、安徽省优秀青年基金、中科院-英国皇家学会合作以及中国-斯洛伐克政府科技合作项目等课题。发表论文百余篇,申请专利十多项,曾获中科院自然科学二等奖、中科院朱李月华优秀教师奖。

研究室研发仪器与科研平台包括:自主研制的用于挥发性有机物(VOC)实时在线监测与预警的移动式高灵敏质子转移反应质谱仪(PTR-MS)、呼气实时在线检测质谱仪、炸药/爆炸物非放射源高灵敏离子迁移谱探测仪(IMS)、离子迁移谱-质谱实验装置、重金属光谱检测装置,以及标准的台式/手持式爆炸物毒品离子迁移谱探测仪、三重四极气/液质联用仪(GC/LC-MS-MS)、液相-飞行时间质谱仪(LC-TOF-MS)、液相-四极-飞行时间质谱仪(LC-q-TOF-MS)、热量仪等仪器设备。已培养硕士、博士研究生30多名。欢迎物理、自动化、生物医学等相关专业报考研究生;在生物/医用质谱或质谱成像专业招聘博士后、百人计划或千人计划。
